Who we are

Masani Realty Group is a real-estate brokerage operating in Georgia, United States. For any question about this policy or your information, contact us at admin@masanirealtygroup.com.

What we collect, and when

When you request a showing

Your name, email address, phone number, the role you select (buyer, buyer's agent, inspector or appraiser), the property, the date and time you asked for, and any note you add. You can do this without creating an account.

When you save a home or turn on price alerts

Your email address, and optionally your name and phone number, along with the properties you saved. We use these to tell you when a price or listing status changes.

When you create an account in the app

Your email address, your name if you provide one, and an authentication record. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

When you enable notifications

A push token identifying your device, so we can notify you about a showing you requested. It identifies the device, not you personally, and is deleted when you sign out or disable notifications.

Automatically

Standard server logs from our hosting provider, and basic technical information needed to deliver the app. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

Why we use it

• To schedule, confirm or decline a showing you asked for.
• To send the price and listing alerts you opted into.
• To let one of our agents follow up about a property you showed interest in — this is the core of what a brokerage does.
• To operate, secure and support the app.
• To meet our legal and professional obligations as a licensed brokerage, including transaction record-keeping.

Information you give us through the app is recorded in our CRM so that the agent helping you has the context to do so. Access is limited to our staff.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the product on our behalf, and only as much as each needs:

• Supabase — database, authentication and server functions. Our records are stored here.
• Resend — sends transactional email such as price alerts and internal deadline reminders.
• Expo, Apple and Google — deliver push notifications to your device.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves our web applications.
• Our MLS / IDX listing provider — supplies the property data shown in the app.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Contact and transaction records are kept for as long as we work with you and afterwards for the period Georgia law and our brokerage obligations require. Price-alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Device push tokens are removed when you sign out or turn notifications off.

Your choices

• Email alerts — every price-alert email carries an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately.
• Push notifications — turn them off in the app or in your device settings.
• Access, correction or deletion — email admin@masanirealtygroup.com and we will act on it. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal information, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Contact us and we will honour them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to our CRM is limited to authorised staff, protected by per-account permissions and optional two-factor authentication, and is not open to app users. Lockbox access codes are issued server-side and are never included in a notification.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

The app is intended for adults in the market for property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
